Tammy Mazzocco Reveals All As To Her Real Estate Success

Tammy Mazzocco is a successful residential real estate broker in Central Ohio. She works in four counties that include Deleware County, Licking County, Franklin County, and Fairfield County. In 1999, she joined the Judy Gang Team of RE/MAX and had had no regrets since.

Tammy began her career in real estate working for a nine-man commercial real estate company as their secretary. She then had several more supportive positions withing the real estate community until she decided to go full-time as a broker, and then she joined the Judy Gang Team at RE/MAX.

Tammy is quick to tell everyone that she has had lots fo great advice and support from many of her co-workers and managers. Although the details of real estate law and other complex items that realtors need to know, it is usually the people part that gives realtors the most difficulty. The way that Tammy has learned to deal with people is to give everybody lots of support when they are going through, perhaps one of the most stress times of their lives, which is buying a house. House buying is very stressful for many people because the experience is a non-stop journey in quick decision-making that may or may not work out for the purchaser. Tammy attempts to focus on the client at all times, which helps her spot insecurities and fears. She has learned that if the client has problems with anything, including other than real estate problems, it is a long shot for any real estate to change hands until those questions are put to rest.

Mazzocco has found that a total empathy has to occur with Tammy setting her needs aside so that she can concentrate on the needs of the prospective client. If she doesn’t do that, the client will usually know, and if you are not sincere, your chances of getting a real estate sale just went out of the window.

Tammy said on facebook that she feels that the Realtor can have a lot to do with calming a client down to the point that they don’t panic and came come into a state of communal and in control states. While it is a good idea to have an emotional client who is all in on the purchase, only to find that emotionally, they cannot make big decisions. If customers know that you sincerely do care can offer help, they are much more prone to do business with you.
